Your use of the Just Shoes website and by placing an order with Just Shoes you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Making a Purchase

When you make a purchase from the Just Shoes website you will receive an electronic confirmation upon receipt of your order.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Payment by PayPal

If you have any issues regarding PayPal payment please contact Paypal directly or visit their website at http://www.paypal.com/uk.  We will not be held responsible for any loss using this service.

Delivery

A delivery charge will be added to your order where appropriate. You will be notified of the delivery cost for your order before you submit your card details. For more information on our delivery charges please see the Delivery page.

We will make every effort to deliver to you within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused to you directly or indirectly due to late delivery. All dates for delivery are best estimate delivery dates and may be subject to change.

 

Returns

You may return your online order for any reason within 7 days of purchase for an exchange, gift vouchers or refund.

However, in the interests of hygiene, we regret this returns policy does not apply to unwanted pierced products, jewellery or hosiery.

Return the product to us in perfect condition (unused and in original packaging) together with an explanatory covering note stating whether you would like an exchange, gift vouchers or refund please ensure you also provide a contact telephone number and if available an email address.

Goods are returned at your own cost.

We strongly advise that you use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting when you return any package.

Certificates of posting are available free at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel be lost or delayed in the post.

 

Reservations

We will reserve an item for a maximum of 48 hours at our discretion.

 

Delivery Information

UK 1st Class : £4.45 (1-3 working days)

Orders over the value of £100 will be trackable and require a signature upon receipt

We’ll despatch your goods within 3 working days.
This may change during exceptionally busy periods.

You’ll receive an email from us to let you know your parcel has been sent.

In the event of your item being out of stock, we will contact you by email straight away to let you know of any delay.

Delivery Outside of UK info:

Europe : £12.50

Rest of World : £20.00

Please note, If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will be required to pay on receipt of the shipment. Any additional customs charges must be settled by you.
