Your use of the Just Shoes Whitstable website and by placing an order with Just Shoes you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions
Every effort has been made to accurately display our products with the correct product information and colour - however, due to the differing displays on devices, we cannot guarantee that colours are represented with 100% accuracy to real life.
All sizes and measurements are approximate. We do try to make sure they are as accurate as possible. Please note that sizes may differ between certain brands - we are more than happy to offer fit advice on the various products - call us on 01227 770555 during shop opening hours.
Making a Purchase
When you make a purchase from the Just Shoes Whitstable website you will receive an electronic confirmation upon receipt of your order.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Payment by PayPal
If you have any issues regarding PayPal payment please contact Paypal directly or visit their website at http://www.paypal.com/uk We will not be held responsible for any loss using this service.
A delivery charge will be added to your order where appropriate. You will be notified of the delivery cost for your order before you submit your card details. For more information on our delivery charges please see the Shipping & Returns page.
We will make every effort to deliver to you within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused to you directly or indirectly due to late delivery. All dates for delivery are best estimate delivery dates and may be subject to change.
Your Right To Cancel
You may cancel your order, for any reason, 24 hours after placing it (unless already dispatched). If you do cancel within this time, any payments you have made will be fully refunded within 30 days.
If you are not entirely satisfied with our product you may return your order for any reason within 7 days of purchase for an exchange, gift vouchers or refund.
Items reduced because they are faulty are non-returnable.
However, in the interests of hygiene, we regret this returns policy does not apply to unwanted pierced products, jewellery or hosiery.
Return the product to us in perfect condition (unused and in original packaging) together with an explanatory covering note stating whether you would like an exchange, gift vouchers or refund - please ensure you also provide a contact telephone number and if available an email address.

Goods are returned at your own cost.
We strongly advise that you use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting when you return any package. Certificates of posting are available free at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel be lost or delayed in the post.
We will reserve an item for a maximum of 48 hours at our discretion.
